
Brady Thatcher was the top boys HS cross country finisher in 61st-place (18:21.34) today at the Liberty Center Extravaganza; Cooper Martin for MS boys (22nd, 12:29.96); Peyton Damschroder for MS girls in (37th, 14:24.31), and Addison Lowry for the HS girls (107th, 24:40.76).

The high school boys cross country team was 17th (419 pts.) and the midle school boys team was 11th (348 pts.) today at the Liberty Center Extravaganza at Leaders Farm in Napoleon.

The middle school volleyball teams split matches at home against Genoa - the 8th grade won, 25-19, 15-25, 25-23; and the 7th grade lost, 21-25, 25-19, 25-14.

The middle school volleyball team lost on the road at Lakota - the 8th grade lost, 18-25, 25-20, 25-18; the 7th grade lost, 26-24, 25-13.

The middle school volleyball teams lost matches at home to Hopewell-Loudon - the 8th grade lost, 25-19, 25-11; the 7th grade lost, 25-13, 25-10.

The middle school boys cross country team was 4th, and the middle school girls and high school boys were 5th in the Cline Invite at Lakota. Peyton Damschroder was 12th (MS girls), Cooper Martin 13th (MS boys), Brady Thatcher 14th (HS boys), and Addison Lowry 53rd (HS girls).

The middle school volleyball team split matches at Danbury - the 8th grade won, 25-8, 22-25, 25-23; the 7th grade lost, 25-22, 25-22.

The 8th grade volleyball team was defeated at home by Calvert by the scores of 25-9, 25-16.

The boys middle school cross country team placed 19th in the Tiffin Carnival with 582 points. Cooper Martin placed 44th among 233 runners with a time of 12:16.4. The girls placed 22nd with 634 points. Peyton Damschroder finished 75th among 259 runners with a time of 13:49.6.

The middle school football team lost a 30-0 decision at home to Hopewell-Loudon in Sandusky Bay Conference River Division play.

Yesterday afternoon our Varsity and JV cheerleaders came to the middle school to help out the 5th/6th grade cheer team learn some new cheers and sharpen up their motions. What a great way to show leadership within Wildcat Nation! Thank you!

The middle school vollyeball teams split at home with St. Mary Central Catholic - the 7th grade won, 25-12, 24-26, 25-18; and the 8th grade lost, 14-25, 25-9, 25-18.

The middle school volleyball teams lost at St. Joseph CC - the 7th grade by scores of 25-11, 25-15; the 8th grade by scores of 25-7, 25-20.

The cross country teams ran in the Mel Brodt high school meet at BGSU. Top finishers were: HS boys-Brady Thatcher (89th, 18:29.7); HS girls-Stella Strong (262nd, 27:38.8), MS boys-Cooper Martin (30th, 13:04.3); MS girls-Tinley Thieroff (67th, 14:09.3).

The middle school football team lost a 44-28 decision at Willard. Lucas Caldwell had two rushing touchdowns and one reception for a score. Avery Clouse had a rushing touchdown. Both had a two-point conversion.
