The high school students ended their week with a holiday scavenger hunt! The classes competed against one another bringing their items to Mrs. Valasek to determine who had the best version of the item combined with who could get it to her the quickest. Some of the teachers joined in, as well!

The boys varsity basketbal team lost a 54-48 decision at home to St. Joseph Central Catholic. Brady Thatcher led Woodmore with 15 points while Brody Ish added 11 points and Luke Morris chipped in with 10 points.
The boys JV basketball team earned a 53-32 win at home over St. Joseph Central Catholic . Sophomore Ryan Maynard led the Wildcats with 20 points while freshman Gavin Donley added 11 points.
The boys freshman basketball team posted a 40-24 win over home over St. Joseph Central Catholic. Calvin Lipstraw led the Wildcats with 17 points while Bradley Feetzer added 10 points.
There's a very special visitor at the elementary school today! 🎅🏻 That can only mean one thing - it's time for Santa Shop!

On Wednesday morning, the Fremont Ballet School put on a performance for our elementary students! The students got to see a variety of ballet dances and costumes, along with a few jazz dance routines. The students were respectful and engaged and REALLY enjoyed the songs where they got to sing along!
Also - can you spot the Woodmore students in the performance? Abbey Tucker, Lilly Wolf, Grace Draeger, and Olivia Lang were among the performers! Wonderful job, ladies! 💙💛



Sophomore Emily Lang finished fourth in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:44.70 and she was second in the 500 freestyle with a time of 6:13.59, in a meet at Fremont Ross that also included Findlay and Clyde.
The middle school boys basketball teams lost games at Calvert - the 7th grade lost 30-15 as Owen Herrig scored five points and John Schreck scored four points; the 8th grade lost, 41-38, as Collin Perkins scored 14 points and Luke Karchner and Caden Hilt both added eight points.
The middle school girls basketball teams split at home with Calvert - the 8th grade won in overtime, 27-18, as Lacey Lipstraw scored 14 points and Olivia Schreck added five points; the 7th grade lost a 35-13 decision as Samantha Alarcon scored six points.
Mrs. Floro's middle school STEAM class recently did a gallery walk of their Wonder Workshop research posters. Now, they are coding their "Dash" robots to complete specific tasks! How fun!

The middle school boys wrestling team won three dual matches - 45-42 over Eastwood, 42-36 over Maumee, and 60-18 over Rossford. Noah Day, Stone Meggitt, Bryce Ruch, DJ Orcelletto, Graham Knepper, and Zach Garber each won three matches.
The girls varsity basketball team was a 35-21 winner at home over Sandusky St. Mary CC. Karta Schneider scored 14 points and CAmeran Quinso chipped in with eight points.
The JV girls basketball team earned a 41-8 win at home over Clyde's freshman team. Brooke Lowry led the way with 14 points while Anastasia Pietrowski scored 12 points.
The midddle school boys basketball teams split on the road at St. Mary CC - the 8th grade won, 41-23, as Ish Nagy scored 20 points and Collin Perkins added 11 points; the 7th grade lost, 47-13, as Jack Avers scored five points.
The midde school girls basketball teams split home games with St. Mary CC - the 8th grade won, 44-16, as Payton Whitcum scored 14 points and Karli Heins added nine points; the 7th grade lost, 38-20, as Myra Huss scored 10 points and Samantha Alarcon scored six points.
