The girls golf team won a tri-match at Sugar Creek GC with a 227 team total. McComb had 232 and Gibsonburg had 245. Satori Alter shot 53, Hali Ballard 55, Jordyn Dunn 58, and Allison Bankey 61.
The boys golf team placed 8th in the first SBC Shootout of the season at Loudon Meadows GC with a 200 team total. Kaiden Orcelletto, Mason Busdiecker, Kevin Wallace, and Brandon Kayser all shot 50. Brody Ish shot 52, and Jacob Youngless shot 60.
The girls golf team finished sixth as a team with a 238 total in the first SBC Shooutout of the season at Oak Harbor GC. Hali Ballard and Satori Alter both shot 55, and Jordyn Dunn and Allison Bankey both shot 64.
The boys golf team placed 16th in the Hohenstein Classic hosted by Clyde at Green Hills GC. Kevin Wallace was low man for the Wildcats shooting 90. Brandon Kayser shot 92, Mason Busdiecker 95, and Kaiden Orcelletto shot 102.
The boys golf team opened its season at the Hopewell-Loudon Invite at Fostoria CC. The Wildcats placed 10th with a team total of 392. Kaiden Orcelletto shot 92, Mason Busdiecker 93, Brandon Kayser 97, Jacob Youngless 110, Kevin Wallace 111.
The girls golf team opened the season by hosting a tournament at Sugar Creek GC. The Wildcats placed 10th. Hali Ballard shot 110, Satori Alter 110, Jordyn Dunn 114, and Allison Bankey 125.

How's this for a full 2 days at the office - senior Azure Travis, after advancing to the finals in 4 events yesterday at the Div. III state track meet, came back today to repeat as state champ in both hurdle events and placed seventh in both the 100 and 200. Congrats, Azure.

Woodmore senior Azure Travis advanced to the finals in all 4 events at the Div. III state meet. She had the fastest time in the 100 hurdles, 5th-fastest time in the 100, 3rd-fastest time in the 300 hurdles, and the 8th-fastest time in the 200. Finals begin at 6:30 on Friday.

We have Career Day happening at the elementary school today which includes a few police cruisers and fire trucks, and the kids love to hear the sounds the vehicles can make. Thanks for understanding!
Fourth grade held their end of year awards today. They handed out award for All A's, All A's and B's, and Citizenship. Congratulations Fourth Graders!
