The varsity baseball opened the season with a 14-6 win at Evergreen. Robert Seeger tossed six innings allowing five hits and two earned runs and Collin Perkins had two hits and drove in four. The JV baseball team earned a 12-7 win at home over Evergreen

The varsity softball team opened the season with a 13-2 loss at home to Lake. Olivia Scavio started and pitched the whole game and had a two-run double in the first inning for one of Woodmore's three hits in the game. Izzy Helmke and Payton Whitcum had the other hits.

Yesterday, our Anatomy and Physiology students took a field trip to the University of Toledo for their Student to Student program! Medical students took students on tours of their gross anatomy lab and plastination museum along with other awesome activities!

Don't forget! We have a two hour early release the next TWO school days! On Friday, March 20th and Monday, March 23rd students will arrive at their normal time and be released two hours early. Friday is the last day of the 3rd quarter and Monday is a former PD Day. Please reach out to your building principal with any questions!

This purchases a quarter of a page!

You can send up to 3 photos of your senior and whatever message you would like to be featured with the pictures that congratulates them for their accomplishments and then drop off your payment to the Woodmore High School Office!

Senior wrestler Bailey Jendrzejak won his 5th-place match in the state tournament by major decison over Kolten Snyder from Union Local. Bailey finishes 5th in the state with a 47-4 record this season. He is the first WHS state placer since Evan Ulinski in 2014. Congratulations.

The Little Mermaid had their opening night last night - but first, they did a preview performance for the elementary and middle school during the day! The students loved it and we've heard nothing but great reviews from opening night! Be sure to grab tickets to one of their remaining shows!
