Oct. 30 - The Wildcats had five players earn all-league honors in a vote of the Sandusky Bay Conference Bay Division coaches. Senior Jack Caldwell was a first-team selection at linebacker and a second-team pick at running back. Caldwell led the team with 126 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, and three sacks. He also led the team with 771 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns. Junior Brady Thatcher was an honorable mention selection as both a specialist and a receiver. Thatcher had 15 catches for 331 yards and two touchdowns. He also averaged 31.6 yards as the Wildcat punter. Senior Brant Deal was an honorable mention pick on the defensive line after recording 40 tackles, six tackles for a loss, and 10 quarterback hurries. Sophomore Michael Seeger earned honorable mention honors at defensive back after making 53 tackles and he had six pass break ups. Freshman Cole Potridge was an honorable mention selection at linebacker after making 60 tackles, which was second on the team.
