Congratulations to Miss Gerber's Elementary Musicians of the Month! Way to go Wildcats!
Last week, Mrs. Pressler's and Mrs. Perkins' first grade classes learned about needs, wants, and goods and services. To wrap up the unit, the students worked in groups to create a store front and made products to sell to their classmates. They then got to run their stores and also had a chance to go shopping and buy other students' products. We may have some future entrepreneurs in our midst!

Attention parents, guardians and caregivers! This coming week, the elementary and middle school will be having a book fair! It will be set up in the library from Monday, March 11th through Friday, March 15th from 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Additional information was sent home with students. Happy book buying!
This week, Mrs. Warner's Kindergarten class was learning about plants. During one of their lessons, they extracted chlorophyll from spinach leaves and then used it to paint. What a neat way to learn about plants!

Congratulations to our Elementary PE Students of the month for March! Way to go Wildcats!

Our elementary and middle school staff got a nice surprise this morning from the Woodmore PTO! They were welcomed into the building with coffee, hot chocolate, and muffins! Thank you so much for the pick-me-up this morning!

This past Wednesday, Mrs. Becerra and Mr. Ball had 14 students in grades 2-8 start the Walking Club. Mrs. Dawn Shaffer, Mrs. Harman, and Miss Hauter joined in on the fun. Mr. Haas made it half way and was called back to school, according to Mr. Haas. Wink wink. What great weather for our first day! If you or your child would like to join in on the fun, contact Mrs. Becerra or Mr. Ball. Keep an eye out for us every Monday and Wednesday!

There was a new addition to dance party/high five Fridays at the elementary school - lights! 🎉
They had a whole party this morning before classes began! Hopefully they carry that energy and excitement with them throughout the day!

Last Friday, our High School cheerleaders hosted a mini clinic for our K-5th grade students! After practicing during the week, our Kindergarten and 2nd grade students performed at halftime of the JV game and our 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students performed at halftime of the Varsity game. They did a great job! 💙💛
